如题，马上就快博士毕业了。突然发现我用来毕业的那篇SCI的单位写的不对。由于我是两个单位联培的，但是在SCI中只写了其中一个，因此看来是要延期毕业了。抱着试一试的忐忑给proof阶段的联系人发了封邮件：
Dear ***:
       I'm writeing this urgent mail for your help. I' m the first author of the article titled "****", and I want to add the organization named “****”  as my second organization.  
      I'm a jointly educated student by *** and***, and I forgot to add my second organization in the article. So I can NOT receive the PhD degree if my second organization NOT appeared in the accepted article.
     I hope you can help me to fix my big mistake. Thank you very very much! Thank you very very much!

结果很快对方回信了：
Dear***,

We can fix this online (both in html and PDF versions) pretty quickly, but there is no way to correct the print journal without submitting a formal corrigendum. I hope fixing it online and in the PDF is sufficient.
