Principal Accountabilities
1.        Responsible for business development (market analysis, opportunity evaluation, business forecast, due diligence, etc.);
2.        Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, and focus will be on prescription drugs but will also potentially extend to OTC and medical device products with target companies for both MNC and local Chinese companies);
3.        Market analysis on the products, including pricing, competition, regulation, market trend, P&L, etc.;
4.        Assess feasibility of new market opportunities and propose implementation paths for new market development through working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Medical teams;
5.        Potential business partner research and screening for introducing new product planning for internal pipeline products;
6.        Maintain the good relationship with business partners;
7.        Represent the Company to participate in necessary BD conferences.

Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job)
1.        Bachelor’s degree major in pharmacy, clinical medicine or related field
2.        2+ years of full-time experience in healthcare industry. Prior experience in BD is preferred; prior experience in sales or marketing is also welcome.
3.        Familiar with the China pharmaceutical Industry
4.        Excellent commercial sense and strong financial knowledge
5.        Good communication skills
6.        Self-motivated, passionate and well organized
7.        Good command of verbal and writing English & Mandarin
