前两天投了International Journal of Machine Tools and Manufacture，想试一试，抱着被拒的心态，今天给了这个意见，很伤心，编辑直接决绝，求大神分析，是论文太水还是真是没有机床加工实验啊，跪求
I thank you for your submission but I am sorry to say in the current scope of this journal we cannot accept work on machining related matters that is not validated by practical machining experiments. It is considered that your work, in which validation is undertaken with tooling in free air, is more suited for a journal dealing with mechatronics and I suggest you submit the paper to one. I wish you success in publishing it and thank you for your interest in the IJMTM.
