请教虫友们：
2015年1月的时候投了一篇文章到 Ceramics International，直接without peer review就Reject了。理由如下：
Thank you for your interest in publishing with Ceramics International. Unfortunately, due to an extremely high number of submissions to the journal, we are unable to consider your manuscript at this time. Moreover the paper of several language shortages.For possible  future submissions please note that only paper written in adequate language are submitted to the review process.
（Ceramics International对语言要求好像好高，我这个文章的语言也是找母语为英语的人看了的）

前一阵拿出来修改了，投了 Journal of Alloys and Compounds，编辑也是没送审，理由如下：
Unfortunately, many carefully-researched and written papers fall into one of these categories, however publication and reviewer constraints force us to make this difficult decision.
Although we regret the negative outcome, we appreciate having received the manuscript for consideration, and hope this quick decision will allow you to submit your work as early as possible to an alternative publication outlet.
（怀疑是不是编辑能看到整个爱思唯尔库里的记录）

过了两年多了，现在不知道是否可以修改后（主要改了题目，和一些语言，文章框架和数据肯定是不变）再投 Ceramics International？是不是爱思唯尔系统已经有记录了，只能选择其他旗下的期刊？
做锂电材料的，不属于特别热门的材料，形貌和结构比较有特点，无奈性能一般，真是难呀 返回小木虫查看更多
