看不懂审稿人的意思? 有效数字的问题!!
1)All calibration equations are written with an unrealistic number of significant figures. Standard deviations in the slope and the ordinate at the origin should be incorporated and all quantities should be expressed with the pertinent number of significant figures according to the IUPAC recommendations.

2)The same problem appears in Table 2. The values of the "obtained concentration" were totally unrealistic. The authors should be aware that a value of, for instance, 5.0039 implies that this quantity is know with an uncertainty of 0.002 % (!).

所有校准方程都用不切实际数量的有效数字编写。 应包含原产地的斜率和纵坐标的标准偏差,所有数量应按照IUPAC建议的有关数字的相关数量表示。
应该如何修改呢?一般要保留几位呢?

这是我前几天回来的修改意见,和你的差不多。the standard deviations in the slope and the ordinate at the origin 的应当是y=(a±b)x+(c±d)中b和d吧,也就是标准偏差。
第二个问题是你检测到的值,也±了的吗?比如:5.0039±0.001,它的不确定度就是0.001/5.0039=0.019%,太低了,不符合实际。
