你理解错了。人家是说有可能找第三个，如果找了第三个，你会看到状态发生改变。这个是个通用回复，我也收到过。

这是evise系统里面的自动回复。
现在所有的审稿意见已经回来了，编辑一般可以按照回来的意见进行最后的决定。但如果再次追加审稿人的话，手稿的处理状态就会从现在的Ready for Decision'重新变成Under Review，
