一般应该是一个星期左右的时间。
祝福 我的返修稿上周也问编辑了 编辑回复说 很快回复 但是现在还没给我审稿结果 祝你好运

看审稿人自身的操守了，有的可能一两天就返回意见，有的可能几个月都没有消息。
一般编辑催稿的时候会给审稿人一个期限，但是比较宽松，半个月左右。现在编辑既然催稿了，只能耐心等待结果了。
