收到录用通知了，想问下这段话是什么意思？
Please notice that we have the pleasure to offer to produce the final paper under a free access option (i.e., the electronic version will be accessible and open to download to every interested reader without any subscription cost). The cost of this option is 2200 Euros. Open access papers are read and cited earlier that the usual papers protected by subscription rates. You will be contacted by Springer about this open-choice option.

意思是你可以选择你的文章是Open access发表方式，这样的话，即使不购买数据库也可以访问并下载论文（比如放假在家里），但是Open access是需要收费的，2200 Euros；如果选择传统的发表方式，就是不需要收费，不用管就是了，这种情况下只有购买了相关数据库才能下载论文（比如在学校里）。。。
一言以蔽之，一般情况下，不用管就是了；如果你们课题组有钱，那你可以联系出版编辑选择Open access发表，并缴纳2200 Euros，
用钱换浏览率
假如LZ课题组有用不完的版面费，而且该文很重要，想得到广大同行的关注（读者可以免费下载），那么LZ可以选择开放获取的出版模式（Open Access）：其结果就是付2200欧元；否则无需再理会，静等签版权协议书和Correct Proof就是了。
2200欧元发一篇文章，如果不是着急毕业，这个代价也太大了
