请问各位虫友，RSC advances 投稿上传文件时，这些都要传吗？
1 text and graphics, saved either as a single PDF file with fonts embedded OR as separate files
any supplementary/supporting information
2 CheckCIF reports for any crystal structures. Please ensure that any cif files have been deposited with the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre (CCDC) via
https://www.ccdc.cam.ac.uk/services/structure_deposit prior to submission
3 a table of contents entry: graphic maximum size 8 cm x 4 cm and one sentence of text, maximum 20 words, highlighting the novelty of the work
4 any comments to the referees (e.g. a justification for the work or cover letter) as a 'Letter to Referees'. This letter should NOT include the names of suggested
referees nor information about conflicts of interest.

Answer: 将图(表)放在手稿中即可，最好放在该放的地方，而不是统一放在文章的后面， 这样便于审稿

请问，这个要求上传的是PDF文本，而不是word对么
一般上传 Word 版，系统会自动转化为 PDF 文件供审稿人使用。初稿也可以使用 PDF 格式上传，因为很少有文章被直接接收而不需要修改的。修正稿必须 Word 版， 便于接收后出版社排版用
