论文投稿遇到点格式上的要求，请大侠们帮我指点指点
・All the sections must be typewritten and double-spaced on one side of an A4-size paper with ample margins on all sides.
・(1) Title Page, (2) Synopsis and Key words, (3) Text, (4) References, and (5) Caption List, each of which should be started on a new page.
・The Title page must contain the title, the full name, institution, and mailing address of each author.
・Tables and Figures must not appear in text.
・Each table and figure must appear on a separate sheet.
・Caption list cannot be found in main document file.

题目，摘要和关键字，正文，参考文献，标题列表，每项内容都需要从新的一页开始（不能把不同类别的内容放在同一页）。
图和表不能放在正文中。
每张图和表必须单独占一页
手稿中找不到标题列表（楼主需要添加图和表的标题列表，一般在参考文献的后面，图和表的前面），
