这篇文章的投稿之路很坎坷，很漫长；曾经投过JMAA，Proceedings of The Indian Academy of Sciences-mathematical Sciences，结果专家给拒了；
后来，又投过SpringerPlus，因为审稿人没有回应，编辑部退回来了；再后来，投了Advances in Mathematical Physics，不符合杂志的征稿范围，编辑部给也退了。
最后，偶尔看到同方向的师兄师姐发过Statistics，然后，我就尝试着投了，下面是我记录稿件从投递到online的过程
