去年7月份投的国外一篇2区的SCI，今年3月8日提交第二次小修（第一次小修时编辑的决定是：Accept with minor modifications），第一次小修时就已经没有再外审了，这次也一样，好像由handing editor 看完后已经直接给主编了，因为着急要毕业今天催稿后主编给了下面的回复，各位有经验的大虾帮忙看看是否还有戏？
