本人做微生物降解产气方面的研究，最近投了一篇sci，编辑给了一些意见，让我一周内改完再重新上传，其中有两个意见不是特别懂
（1）Mechanisms and specific biochemical processes must be identified and focused to develop the contents of the manuscript.  Mass balance and stoichiometry shall be considered in analysis of the data.
（2）References: There is very weak connectivity of the references cited to this journal. Some significant publications in this journal, not cited, may enrich the Introduction and Discussion of your manuscript. Your references also show biases towards specific journal, and correction shall be made.
（1）是说要明确机理和生化过程吗？注意质量平衡和化学计量？
（2）参考文献是说有些文章有些内容没有引用，还有参考文献来源不能太单一？杂志要多类型？
