求助！投稿系统中 classifications of all the co-authors 是什么意思？
小弟目前有一篇论文计划投往 International Journal of Civil Engineering，在投稿系统上看到一项内容是“Please Enter Comments”，要求如下：
Please enter any comments you would like to send to the editorial office. These comments do not appear in your manuscript.
Enter the classifications of all the co-authors of your manuscript.
Enter the personal, academic URL of the corresponding author.
想请教各位虫友，这里面的“classifications of all the co-authors”是什么意思？

你好，我现在也要投这个期刊，提交上去后，又被打回来，说是 TITLE PAGE: BLINDED MANUSCRIPT: 有些地方不符合期刊要求，
（1）你知道它的TITLE PAGE具体什么格式给我说一下吗？比如先写什么，再列什么。。。
（2）我看它网上的Instruction for Authors 给的参考文献格式是Smith J, Jones M Jr, Houghton L et al (1999) Future of health insurance. N Engl J Med 965:325–329 可是他发给我的信里面是[2] Baziar M.H., Salemi Sh., Heidari T., “Analysis of Earthquake Response of an Asphalt Concrete Core Embankment Dam”, International Journal of Civil Engineering, 2006; 4 (3), 192-210.
请问一下，到底按哪个呢，我看这个期刊已经发表的论文里也是按的第一种格式啊。
（3）“ Include the personal/academic URL in the “Enter Comments” submission step.” 这句话到底是什么意思啊
（4）“E-mail address of both the corresponding author and co-authors should be present. The e-mail address of the authors should not be from the Gmail or yahoo. Include only the academic or affiliated institute e-mail address.” 这是所有作者的邮箱必须是和文章单位相关的吗？不能是126或者163吗？
（5） Designated corresponding author. Information regarding corresponding author should be given below.
• Name of supporting funds Organization in the “Title page”. If funding information is not available include “No funding Information available”.
• E-mail address of the author from the affiliated institute.
• Acknowledgement should be included only in the title page since it is a double blind journal.
这几条都是什么意思啊
