前段时间在Applied Thermal Engineering投了一篇文章，审稿意见3个小修，1个拒稿，修改后接收的可能性大吗？

拒稿的意见：
The manuscript describes the develop of 2 waste-heat-driven multi-effect desalination process for their implementation with hot water from petrochemical industry. The authors compared the process described with a conventional multi-effect desalination technology.  Also, an economic analysis is presented in the manuscript.
The document presents a case study to compare the process proposed. The evaluation was realized the GOR value, effect of temperature in each evaporator, and the influence of feed and return waste water.
After the revision of manuscript is recommended not to be accepted, due the following reasons:
§  The analysis presented in this paper is not enough to determine the advantages of the process proposed. The realized comparison of the processes is poor to analyse results of computing simulations.
§  The results presented in Figure 7, Figure 8 and Figure 9 do not present new information about behaviour of desalination process respect to temperature variation.  Also, the number of temperature to analysis is small to describe results obtained from computing simulation.
§  The economic analysis only compares production costs without considering the cost of construction, the time of return of investment and a long-term projection. Which are important aspects in an analysis of this type.
