感觉像骗子在用不怎么地的的骗术在勾引人。
请问，我收到一封邮件，还蛮正式的Participate in Inaugural issue。我是第一次遇到这种事，应该邀请我投他们的期刊。这种情况的期刊是不是新创建的？他们是为了提高期刊影响因子而搜索好的文章吗？我不了解这种情况，想请大神们普及一下~~~
