求电力系统的同仁,向IET投了一篇论文,做的是概率潮流方面的,审稿专家提出的意见,有点看不懂,求指教:

The paper describes a probabilistic power flow (PPF) analysis, where Gaussian copula is used to model the power system control variable. A case study is presented where IEEE
118-bus system modified to include wind farms having 346 Doubly-fed induction wind generators in 14 different nodes. The performance Point estimate method (PEM) is determined using the error indices given by equation (47) using mean value. Finally, in table-2 the error indices are presented for the voltage V, phase angle, active power flow, reactive power respectively.
The paper is not addressing the issues related to power system operation in terms of the measures provided in the simulation results. The following facts are to be addressed:-
1. How error indices play role in the power system planning and operation ?
2. Whether voltage , phase angle, active power flow, reactive power provided in the table are bus variables ?
3. If probability of wind velocity for 346 Doubly-fed induction wind generators are considered, it is necessary to quantify the effect in the generation value.
4. Finally, based on the probabilistic load and generation value for a given snap shot condition load flow results for the system has to be provided.. Further, it is necessary to establish relation of voltage , phase angle, active power flow, reactive power determined from load flow analysis to the error indices presented in the paper.
