      两个月前送审的一篇Physical Review Letters, 经过三番两次的换审稿人，今天终于返回两个审稿人的意见，他们一致认为该论文不适合发在physical review letters上。并给出了很多的建议。请问在这种情况下还有argue的必要吗？附上状态和审稿意见。
