I have had a chance to read through your manuscript. There are some changes you would need to address before the manuscript can be sent for formal review. Changes are:
- your abstract does not highlight the specifics of your research or findings
- there needs to be an explicit research objective stated, preferably as a separate section
- I really recommend that you follow a standard research manuscript format (abstract, intro, review, research questions, methods, results, implications, conclusion.
- your references are, for the most part, quite old. Certainly, there has been more recent (within the last two years) research on this  topic published in Information Processing and Management and other outlets. Therefore, you must update your literature review
- the manuscript requires a thorough copy editing
- your reference list need tidying up, as there are several references with missing items or formatting issues
- you must more clearly highlight the theoretical and practical implications of your research

Therefore, I invite you to respond to the comments and revise your manuscript. Please include a detailed response outlining the revisions that you did.
