大神们看过来，关于小修的意见
论文投稿之后，大概五天编辑就给了小修意见“We understand that this is a resubmission of a rejected paper for this journal. With your next version, please give the reference number of this rejected paper, and the reasons given for rejection.”这句话的意思是不是让我把之前投的被拒稿文章的编号以及那篇文章为什么被拒的原因列出来？这篇文章是重投的，可是为什么没有针对文章本身的内容提一些意见，而是要提供之前拒掉的文章的一些信息呢？

这句话的意思是要你将之前投的退稿编号以及拒稿原因列出来。
这也代表你的稿件目前仍在主编手中，还没有外审，
这只是初审。退稿重投肯定要说明之前拒稿的改动啊
。
