SCI期刊投稿系统accept，可是没有收到邮件
如题，不知道是我老板的邮箱有问题还是怎么回事，去年下半年投了一篇meta分析到stroke。大修-小修-大修，第三次修改在2月14号返回。stroke的效率挺高的。最近没有收到邮件，昨晚无聊登入老板的通讯作者投稿界面去看了下，意外发现状态变成了with decision。看了下decision letter居然是accept。我今天问过老板了，他没有收到邮件。问题是系统accpet是23号生成的，现在都27号了，我进系统里看到了decision letter有寄件人和收件人，应该是23号寄出的。就是没有收到邮件。我直接看了投稿系统里的letter。现在不知道怎么操作了。没有收到proof。letter里前面又写着需要我确定下面的条项才可以寄给出版商，最后面又说让我等proof的邮件。投稿操作界面也没什么按扭了。求高人指点，我应该怎么办，等的话又怕理解错了时间拖久了。
信的内容主要是前面一段和后面一段不知道怎么理解 ，中间全是关于格式要求的。如下：
