          1.第一次的修改痕迹还需保留吗，cover letter需要再次更改或重复提交吗，还需要更改或重复提交上次提交的评审专家回复吗？
          2..修完以后编辑还会送审吗？我比较担心这个问题？ 这篇文章的接受机率大吗
