投稿两天后收到这样的回复，咋么做才合适， 求大神指点！
回复如下：
However, as of today, more than 700 manuscripts are under review, and more than 500 accepted manuscripts are waiting to be published (in-press). It takes 4 to 6 months on the average only to select reviewers and additional 3 to 4 months to complete the review.
If you would like your work to be published soon, I strongly encourage you to submit your work to other appropriate journal.
In case you still decide to submit your work to Journal of Industrial & Engineering Chemistry please resubmit your manuscript only after a thorough English editing and proofreading along with the following sentence included in "Enter Comments" of online submission procedure.
"I understand that the whole reviewing process itself may take up to 8 to 10 months (4~6 months for finding at least two reviewers and additional 4 to 6 months for review) and I would still like to submit the manuscript to Journal of Industrial & Engineering Chemistry"
现在状态是 "manuscript send to author"，如果是据稿，也没什么犹豫的，本人菜鸟一枚，做的东西也没有多出彩，前边被拒两次了（均未送审），不知道该怎么做了，恳请高人（尤其是投过Journal of Industrial & Engineering Chemistry的）指点一二！
PS：难不成这个杂志喜欢这样对待编辑不待见的稿子，等按照上面的操作了再给个据稿！

大概推断，仅供参考。对于编辑来说，他可能大概看了一下你的文章，觉得稿件质量中等，属于不在top之列但是可以送审的，可是我这里稿件这么多处理不过来，可能需要花费数月之久才能找到合适的审稿人，又要花数月评审，加起来将近一年，还不保证一定会接收。为了你考虑，我建议你转投其他杂志，当然如果你时间充裕愿意等也是可以的，但是你得发一份知情书给我才行，以免出了什么岔子你找上门来。
编辑强烈建议你另投他刊。如果执意投稿这个期刊，那么请先去修改英文，然后重新投稿时在投稿系统的 "Enter Comments" 一栏里附上以下这句话：
