求助各位，IEEE MWCL 上传了最终稿件，但是 page charge form 忘了上传。已经四天了，现在登录提交系统查看已提交内容才发现。
接收论文的邮件说，不能通过邮件传最终的稿件; page charge form 没传的话不会发表。（原文：**Please do not send ANY items via email, regular mail, or fax, as they will not be processed if you do**  6) Page charge form is attached with this email for download and fill-out, and should be uploaded with the Final File submission. The paper will not be published without return of these forms.）
提交论文的系统中也没找到再次提交page charge form 的入口，肿么办？？？急！ 返回小木虫查看更多
