估计是transfer都别的期刊上 同一系列的 一般submit时候会让你选择同不同意transfer到同一系列别的期刊

手稿被所投期刊的编辑转给了别的期刊了。

我以前投爱思唯尔的时候遇到过，
说是要转给旗下一个别的期刊。
然后说这个期刊怎么适合新人，
审稿流程怎么客观，
怎么能学到东西。

然而，不是SCI没啥卵用啊！
