The manuscript is devoted to modeling and experimental studies of excitation pulse generate circuits for ultrasonic flaw detections. This paper presents a detailed analysis of the four circuits that are widely used nowadays and also simulation results and experimental tests of the proposed pulse generator circuit with dual high-speed switching. In general, the article corresponds to the subject of JNDT.
