编辑部发来邮件说接收了，但是投稿期刊上状态还是with editor
是不是要再等等，还是编辑搞错了，已经大修两次，小修一次

It was accepted on Feb 09, 2017
Your paper is now in line for editorial office checking and when this has been done you will be notified about how to include the required language and style changes in the final draft of your paper.
