有没有人投稿过JOURNAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE AND MANAGEMENT？我找到了这个杂志的网站，但是却在网站找不到提交稿件的地方，但是它的网站上又注明了“The journal provides Authors with the ability to upload their submission directly to the journal website.”请各位大神帮帮忙，跪谢！
