各位帮忙看下 这个接收函是真的还是假的。。。。
各位虫友，小弟之前往 International Journal of Agriculture and Biology期刊上投了了篇文章，审稿两个半月，两个星期之前收到邮件被reject了，但是今天突然收到邮件说被接受了，通知我汇款400美金。小弟知道这个期刊需要版费，但是为何拒了又接受，并且没让修改，直接接受，内心十分疑虑邮件真伪，请各位帮忙辨别下：

I am pleased to inform you that your above referred paper has been finally accepted for publication by the Editorial Office. You are, therefore, advised to deposit US$ 400.00 or an equivalent amount in Euro as the publication charges of your accepted paper through any of the following means:
To Dr. Abdul Wahid through Western Union. Send copy of the transaction document indicating Money Transfer Control Number (10 digits), complete name and address of sender and reference number of the accepted paper for which publication charges have been paid at zafaruaf1@gmail.com and editorijab@yahoo.com
Galley of your manuscript will be sent to you within 20 days after receiving the publication charges. After correction of the galley proof, final version of the paper can be downloaded (free of cost) from www.fspublishers.org as soon as an issue of the journal is uploaded on the website (normally, it takes 5-6 months). Hard copies of reprints or journal issue will NOT be supplied.

另外，在投稿的官网上，写的文章状态是Accepted。如果是真的被接受，请问各位，如何进行汇款呢？多谢各位了！

既然在投稿的官网上，写的文章状态是Accepted，那么就是录用了。也可能是操作人员的失误所致。
直接接受？看邮箱对不对，汇款单位对不对，就行了
谢谢您的回复。这封信函上只说了用西联给Dr. Abdul Wahid汇款，但没有写清具体的汇款方式，官网上写的十分清楚，但是收款人为Dr. Zafar lqbal。另外官网说还可以通过国际银行账户（IBAN）进行汇款并将具体信息写清了。您看，我是否可以写邮件具体问下

直接给了接受，之前文章状态变动都是通过官网邮箱自动给回复的，这次也提醒了状态变动，我才看下下。这封邮件只写了用西联汇款给Dr. Abdul Wahid，并没有写清具体的亏款事项（官网写的是给Dr. Zafar lqbal）。官网写的可以用国际银行账户支付，但是这封邮件没有提。。。。。
