谁能看懂这封邮件
编辑办公室内来的。原先说风格不适合他们的期刊，拒绝稿了。然后我求副主编推荐合适期刊。接着推退稿邮件被收回。来了这一份封。题目内容是，前面论文的提交编号，后面两字是决定。接下来是：APLEO EdOffice" <apleo@aip.org> 写道：
