CBM二轮审稿一个接受一个拒绝怎么办
前一段时间投了Construction & Building Materials的文章，大修之后重投，二轮审稿结束后，一个审稿人给的意见是接受，另一个审稿人给的意见是拒绝，下面是两个审稿人的意见：
Reviewer #1: The authors have addressed all my comments so I recommend the manuscript to be accepted for publication. I would strongly advise the authors to have the manuscript checked again by a native english speaker.
Reviewer #2: The authors have made detailed responses to the comments accordingly, and the overall quality of the manuscript have been improved to some extent. However, there are still too much careless spelling and grammar errors. Most of all, the reviewer think the authors have made a technical mistake on experimental design, especially for the study on effects of moisture content on carbonation of RFAs. Although authors have accordingly provided a detailed explanation for my question, it was still unscientific.
Therefore, I am very sorry to tell you that my decision is to reject this manuscript for publication in this journal.
编辑给出的意见如下：
Reviewers have now commented on your paper. You will see that they are advising that you revise your manuscript. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to consider your paper for publication.
请问一下大神们应该怎么办，修改的话是要怎么修，第二个审稿人也没有明确提出修改意见，应该如何修改？

这个，感觉除非你能设法说服那个审稿人，否则比较难了。因为主编没有站你这里啊。ta要是想要你的文章这时候就会不理那个拒稿的了。不想放弃就继续努力

好好解释第二个审稿人的问题
那这就看责任编辑的意见了。一般这种情况下编辑会再找第三个审稿人进行审稿并进行评判，然后编辑再根据这个第三审稿人的意见进行最后决断。
答复思路。1）首先感谢编辑的意见；2）对第二个意见的回复再次给予解释；3）建议编辑推荐第三个审稿人。
最后，如果编辑送审，你就很有希望，如果不送审，就希望不大了。谢谢。
