Duties       
- Manage clients' accounts and build strategic partnership. Expand collaboration network with bio and healthcare industry;
- Responsible for project incubations, project proposals, project milestones and reports/presentations;
- Supervise a team of technical staff;
- Responsible for ad hoc tasks assigned by Director of R&D; and
- Any other duties as required.

Requirements       
- MSc/MPhil or PhD in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or Chemistry is preferred;
- R&D, project management and supervisory experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device or healthcare industry. (5+ years for PhD, 10+ years for MSc/MPhil; more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Manager);
- Solid practical experience in medical devices, diagnostics/biosensors, microfluidics, lab-on-chips, pharmaceuticals;
- Familiar with biomaterials (polymers, ceramics and/or metals), properties, characterization and/or process development;
- Some experience in regulatory such as GMP, FDA guideline;
- Positive, analytical, critical thinking and good troubleshooting skill;
- Ability to initiate and work independently, yet able to lead a team of research staff;
- Have a sense of ownership for his/her work; and
