Reviewer #1: The submission shows experimental results on a topic with growing interest for the metallurgical engineering society, namely the use of nano-and micro- sized particle for microstructural modification.  The results are very interesting and show  increasing of strength and the hardness of  the modified steel together with the limits of the modifying additions beyond  which the effect reaches a saturation level. The submission is written in good and understandable English although I would recommend additional editorial reading of the final manuscripts.
