投稿这么多次，第一次遇到这样的审稿人。气疯了，要反驳吗？
Dear Editor, I would like to emphasize that, the writing throughout this paper was poor quality. It was extremely difficult to clearly understand almost every sentence. Most sentences were run-on and were not written in an order that would make sense to a reader. The choice of words and grammar were faulty. The idea might have been there but it was not addressed in a logical or sufficient manner. The core of the work was not clearly presented or discussed. Overall, the manuscript needs to be largely rewritten and the paper should be read by a person who native language is English. My recommendation would be to reject this paper.
