1.     Cover letter should state that the authors have complied with elseviers ethical requirement. 

In addition to the changes made to the manuscript file, please create a new file labelled as "Response to Technical Check Results" which is a response to each of the comments mentioned above. This should then be uploaded in the 'Attach Files' screen, under the dropdown menu "Response to Technical Check Results". Without this, your manuscript cannot undergo further processing and will be returned to you once again.

请问前辈门，这是说我的语言过关了，但是Cover letter里缺少作者对elseviers ethical requirement的遵守声明吗？
我记得在投稿流程里有相关声明，为嘛还要在Cover letter里声明一遍。
