求教大家一个论文投稿时图片的问题~~
大家好，
我准备投Scripta Materialia期刊
Scripta Materialia期刊要求最多4张图片。
有一个问题，比如manuscript中，Fig.1(a)和Fig.1(b)算是属于一张图片，这样的话提交图片时，是不是要把Fig.1(a)和Fig.1(b)用PS合成一张图片提交？？
官方说Figures and captions should be submitted on the same page.
Note that source files of figures, tables and text graphics will be required whether or not you embed your figures in the text.
有木有谁投稿过Scripta Materialia这个期刊。。。

一般可以将Fig 1a和Fig 1b用AI或者PS合并，就是一个图了，上传一个文件即可。
Figures and captions should be submitted on the same page. Note that source files of figures, tables and text graphics will be required whether or not you embed your figures in the text. 意思是图片和图注需要在同一页内，图片表格等可以嵌入到正文中，也可以单独上传。

一般一个图中的abcd这些小图都是在准备手稿的时候就进行整合的。后面投稿处理起来方便一些。
