求助！这个编辑实在是让我无语了
如题，投稿某个sci期刊，11月27号返回大修，然后大概10天修完返回修改稿，提交修改稿之后很快状态就变成了sent back to author，然后收到了编辑的邮件，类似于说我有一些格式上的问题不符合期刊要求让我先修改才能送审，内容如下：1. Please ensure that you include a title page within your main document. * You should list all authors and ** all affiliations ** as per our author instructions and clearly indicate the corresponding author.
2. Please amend your list of authors on the manuscript to ensure that each author is linked to an affiliation.
We note that you have included affiliation symbol '*' however there are no affiliations linked to it. Please amend affiliation symbol '*' to link an affiliation to it or remove if added in error.
开始我以为是写作者跟单位的格式跟他们期刊的要求不一样，遂按照他们期刊的格式修改了，然后他说的什么加'*'号我也加了啊，然后上传之后又返回来了，还是这个意见！新人实在是不懂啊！求问这个到底是什么意思？让我加一个title page，这个title page到底是什么啊？还就是第二条的意思是让我做一个链接，这是要链接什么呢？谢谢了！

Essential title page information
• Title. Concise and informative. Titles are often used in information-retrieval systems. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
• Author names and affiliations. Where the family name may be ambiguous (e.g., a double name), please indicate this clearly. Present the authors' affiliation addresses (where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name, and, if available, the e-mail address of each author.
• Corresponding author. Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication. Ensure that telephone and fax numbers (with country and area code) are provided in addition to the e-mail address and the complete postal address.
• Present/permanent address. If an author has moved since the work described in the article was done, or was visiting at the time, a "Present address" (or "Permanent address" may be indicated as a footnote to that author's name. The address at which the author actually did the work must be retained as the main, affiliation address. Superscript Arabic numerals are used for such footnotes.
