comments as following:

"I read the manuscript and seen many parts copied by other previously
published paper. In order to make original the manuscript, the authors
should rewrite these parts with their phrases. Moreover, the same type
of sensor described here has been previously developed (see O. Ozturk et
al./Journal of Luminescence155(2014)191–197). Then, the authors should
cite this work and highlight the differences."

Please revise your manuscript according to external editor's comments.
We suggest we withdraw your manuscript at this stage, and You can
resubmit it to Sensors as a new submission after revising your paper.
