有人遇到这样的情况么，大修提交3天，主编发来邮件

Editor comments: I have evaluated your revised manuscript and suggest the following: 1) Although your manuscript is easy to understand, there are some clear English use errors and incorrect uses. For example, in Abstract, phrases such as "clearly clarified", "to dig out" and "remarkable" are misused and do not convey the intended meaning. I strongly suggest that you use a professional editing service to polish English. Elsevier does not provide editing serving before publication; 2) There are too many figures/tables. The total number of figures/tables should not exceed 8 for a research paper. Secondary and less important tables/figures should be placed in SI.   

系统显示小修，但总感觉跟我以前爱思唯尔的小修哪里不一样（author links里面看不到decision letter），这按照主编的意见改了之后会是啥结果呢？还是按照主编的意思改完给审稿人审呢？
