procedure, you are suggested to send this manuscript for a professional
English editing, before peer review, although this research is
interesting and fits this special issue. Better preparation will help
this manuscript meet less problems in review procedure, and reviewers
can focus on its scientific contribution more easily. ”
还要求返回edited version时附上language editing certification
不太理解这个要求，毕竟审稿人都还没看，往后若是被拒或大修，这个润色费不是白花了么
