请问：

      （1） "Journal of Unconventional Oil and Gas Resources"是不是SCI收录？

      （2）转投的机会大吗？有转投的成功的案例没，最关键转投的究竟是不是SCI收录

         被拒又没有原因，就一句“not appropriate for this journal's readership”，而且编辑是中国人，好象投了中国的期刊一样“受虐无原因”
