References, tables, figure captions, schemes, and figures should be placed in that order, at the end of the paper. Do not upload figures and tables two times. Figures and Tables should be attached to the end of text and authors should indicate the place, where the figures are to be inserted, in the text or marginal notations in the typescript. Alternatively, you can upload the figures and tables in a separate file.

要么把图跟表按顺序放在文后，要么单独文件上传，不要两个都弄……好像是这个意思

按照References, tables, figure captions,schemes , and figures 的顺序，图和表放到正文的后边，在正文或者注解中指出这些图和表的位置。
