投的是航空类的一个英国期刊，该期刊较为好中，但是第一次写sci论文确实有点差，一审七个月，三个审稿意见，一个直接说录用，一个说修改，一个也没说改不改。返回到主编那里主编给的审稿意见如下:

While the problem studied in the paper is interesting the authors have failed to discuss their assumptions and the affect of the them in operational scenarios. Also the analysis is at large incomplete and thus sufficient for a journal article currently.
结果被拒了，这样的意见还能申诉吗？还是只能改投？请大神指点。
