第一次遇到这么个情况，我之前发表期刊和会议论文都一切顺利。事情是，前不久计划参加一个ieee的会议，我的论文主题都是新的自创内容，但初审结束，我收到这封退稿邮件，说是重复率高，我知道文章中一个主要定理论证用了之前自己的一篇文章的论证，并且introduction的一个段落有些重复，但结论全新。
不过目前看，这样是不允许的，请问这个情况严重么？会影响以后参加ieee会议吗？如果换个语言方式，这文章仍然算学术不端么？第一次遇到这个问题，谢谢帮助！
