在手稿摘要之后的引言部分缺少章节名称，楼主需要加上Introduction。

- label and place references after text and figures in Supporting information for publication file

附加信息中的文本和图片需要在后面给出标题并添加引用。

怎么标记Introduction?是在Abstract后面添加“Introduction”这个标题吗？还是加粗标黄之类的标示啊？

找一篇你们方向的文章看看。

看意见你连简介和参考文献都没有，文章离一个标准学术论文差的有点远
