投了一篇国外的宇航学报Acta Astronautica，是文章的语言还是结构有问题啊？
第一条是文章的语言还是结构有问题啊?第二条能看懂，文献太陈旧.

Thanks for your interest and submission to the Acta Astronautica Journal.
But it is regretful that the Editorial Board has to decline your article due to the following reason(s):
1. The English writing of this paper does not meet the archival standard of the Acta Astronautica.
2. Almost all references were published in more than 5 years ago. Extensive survey on the most recent research and publications are necessary and mandatory.@Monash2011

现在都不知道论文要怎么进行修改了。
只要楼主是按照作者指南的要求写作，文章的结构一般没有问题，主要是语言需要润色
，
说楼主英文写作有待提高，参考文献引文太旧。这综合反映出楼主的论文撰写能力和研究新颖性。
