拿到一个offer，对方HR发了一份要求填写hosting agreement的文件，可问题是我都没用看到合同和相应的工作条款，这是个什么情况？难道不应该先谈谈合同再办理相关手续吗？
另外，里面要求通过邮寄签名的照片，还有复印的签证首页，结婚证原件？？？还有出生证明原件？？？最后的是不是成绩单呀？

· Two signed passport photographs of yourself. These must be signed at the back and not
attached to the form.
· Two signed passport photographs of each of your immediate family members (spouse and/or
children) who will be travelling with you. These must be signed at the back and not attached to the

· Copy of your passport details page
· Original marriage certificate if your spouse is travelling to Ireland.
· Original birth certificates for yourself and any other immediate family members (spouse
and/or children) who will be travelling with you.
· Original transcripts of your qualifications.
那么这个结婚证是不是需要做翻译和公证？出生证明去哪开？
如果我先过去，我对象后面再过去，可以一起办理签证吗？

邮件最后说：
You will also need to present the following to the HR Office  when your employment begins;
· Your passport.
· The passports of each immediate family member (spouse and/or children) who will be travelling
with you.
· Your visa to the HR Office
