一篇数学类sci 经历一年多的审稿 今年五月大修 八月小修 一个审稿人同意出版 另一个还有个小问题 返回后under review两个月 经历required review completed和decision progress 今天又一次收到主编邮件说required review completed但是状态是under review

杂志给出的解释：
Thank you for checking the status of your article. We have received the required number of reviews and the editors had started the review process, then the editors felt that a new perspective would help them to analyze the manuscript better and hence, new reviewer is invited.

Therefore, your manuscript has moved to the 'under review status' once again.
