今年7月末投稿，9月初就是Under Editor Evaluation状态，由于邮箱存在问题了，没有显示邮件，无心打开一下，发现杂志给消息了，以下是邮件内容：
I am pleased to inform you that the Editor and a reviewer have now commented on your paper. In its present form, the paper is not acceptable and requires some corrections before it could be published in 杂志名称.
If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision.  
For your guidance, reviewers' comments are appended below.
If you decide to revise the work, please submit a list of changes or a rebuttal against each point which is being raised when you submit the revised manuscript. Please mark the changes made in your revised manuscript clearly by using a different font colour.
I would appreciate if you could submit your revised paper by 2016-10-23 00:00:00.000

由于是自己从头到尾操作的第一篇文章，之前都是老师帮忙投，也算是自己的第一篇吧，有几个疑问想问：
1.一般不是审稿人有两到三个么？怎么邮件里只写了编辑和一个审稿人评论了，而且就提出了7个问题，都是一下比较容易修改的，若没有那谢天谢地算是小修了，比较注意的是不是还有陆续给你修改建议的，请问你们遇到过这种情况么？
2.他给了提交修改稿的时间，早一点可以么？还是必须在那一天提交呢？
