投稿初审被拒，有审稿意见看不懂
投稿至computers &structures，被拒稿，里面有一条是 Copies of the figures and tables required in the paper when they are first mentioned.看不懂。
审稿意见是：是不是可以重投，其他就是说推荐审稿人有人退休和不能同一个国家等等。

里面的一句审稿意见没看懂
Copies of the figures and tables required in the paper when they are first mentioned 我理解的意思是：要把图和表插入到正文第一次提到的位置。（例如，Table 1 第一次出现在第3页的第2段，你应该把Table 1放到第3页的第2段和第3段之间）.另外，感觉编辑的意见里明显表达了，你语言不过关并且格式不符合期刊标准额，还是参照期刊要求认真修改下，重新投稿吧！good luck，
语音和格式不过关，修改后重投。
由于文章的语言问题以及编排问题不当而被编辑直接拒稿。应该实现搞清楚期刊的投稿要求，然后针对性地进行改进。

意思是在第一次提到图和表的时候，图和表必须出现在手稿的（合适位置）。可能楼主把图和表格单独上传了，手稿中没有插入图和表。
